Fonet Academy ensures the development of our in-house employees' communication and technical skills, and the fulfilment of training requests from organisations we partner with, as well as the planning and delivery of training programmes.

Fonet Academy, which aims to enable Fonet employees to use their current skills to the fullest, develop their technical knowledge and communication skills through theoretical courses, and improve quality and service quality by organising training with internal and external resources on current legislation and technologies, has increased its activities in 2023.

Training requests from doctors, nurses and medical secretaries as well as other administrative and technical staff working in hospitals we serve as solution partners are also met by Fonet Academy. In the training delivered in this context, planning is carried out according to content and user roles. Participants are divided into small classes according to their expertise, and theory and practical training are provided on a user group basis. Practical training is planned in the Practical Laboratories so that staff can practice at their preferred time and receive one-to-one support when stuck, reinforcing theoretical training.
